Rusty Arcade

Greetings Rustyarcade fans!

Since the site has start picking up momentum and has finally had a much-needed redesign, I though now would be the best time to properly introduce myself and let you all know who I am and what I do.

My name is Matt Shaile, I'm the ripe age of 19 and I live in Surrey, England. I am a programmer by profession and specialise in Actionscript. In late 2005 I teamed up with Eduardo and made a flash game which was sponsored by another game site. We quickly decided that we not only wanted to produce quality casual games, but we also wanted to publish them ourselves and serve them, along with other quality games, on our very own arcade site. Rustyarcade.com was born!

Even though Rustyarcade.com has grown from strength to strength, we've still kept it as a fun hobby and not a business; I currently work for a top gambling game producer in the UK and administrate Rustyarcade in my spare time. Occasionally you'll see a flash game from me, but these days I've taken a step back from the programming side of the site since it's become more of a job to maintain and administrate it!

So, other then the site what else is there to say about me? I enjoy a good game of Call Of Duty 4, I like driving around in my Ford Focus and I enjoy watching a good movie with my lovely girlfriend Sarah, who I share an apartment with by the way.

Anyway, now you know a little about me. I'll be blogging more regularly now about the site and any other non-related things I think you'll find interesting!
