Hello Rusty Arcaders!
I guess I am just following suite with the other guys doing this post, but what the hell - that's cool, right? I guess I'll describe a little about myself, how I got into flash programming, talk about the games I've made and how I ended up here (not on this planet, but this website).
My name is Rich, and I am a programmer. I'm engaged to my beautiful fiancée, Tamra (NOT Tamara, Tamra - I didn't type it wrong, I know how to type my fiancées name). This is me and Tamra, being smartly dressed.

I recently finished a computer science degree so now I am officially a BEng (Hons), which is kinda cool and posh sounding. I enjoy movies, games, - and as strange as it sounds - programming, it'd make a lousy career otherwise wouldn't it? Oh I also really enjoy being pedantic.
I started flashing (messing with Macromedia Flash, as it was called back then) when I was back in little school with my mate, Dick. We used to make little cartoons similar to Weebl and Bob, they were kinda our arch enemies. We made a web series called Yaksville, which was never that popular due to us being 16 and them being pieces of crap.

Later on I made a few cartoons based around various things, like Tuesday. I always aspired to make a kinda popular flash thing. In 2006 I set out late that year to make something that would be front paged on a certain popular flash portal. I decided a game was the best option, so I spent some time learning Actionscript and set out to find an artist. I posted on a forum, and cicla responded pretty quickly saying he'd help. Which was cool.
Under two months after we started work we had created our monster debut flash Arrival In Hell. Which was a massive hit. Since then I've not made that many popular games, cause it's effort. Cicla and I have made Santas Slay, Mecha Martyr, Where Will It Land and Burn Stuff and Die.

I also made a game called PingBall with a friend from IBM. You can check all my games out on Rusty Arcade on the right side there.
Early this year I started work with the guys here at Rusty Arcade making a new version of their website. I had already known Cicla for a while, and had done a few games with him. I had always been pretty decent at programming websites, so I did what I do best - be awesome, and eat a huge sandwich!
The website is created with the Code Igniter framework which I like a lot, it's very nice to use. It didn't take that long to get it past the capabilities of the previous website (we started from scratch), and the lovely design by Sarah is really nice too.
So that's about me and my flash related career. Hopefully there will be more to come, and there is definitely more to come from us at Rusty Arcade.
